Project Description

Research reveals shoppers’ frustrations with e-commerce as 40% of consumers bemoan the difficulty of buying on mobile. We were tasked with improving the user experience on the Music & Arts and Woodwind and Brasswind responsive websites which included mobile. We believe that a well-designed user experience during a customer’s online shopping journey is not only an important differentiating factor, but impacts conversion rates and the bottom line.

Mozgomedia worked closely with Music & Arts’ product management and marketing teams to craft a user experience design solution that lifted conversion rates and the ease with which to complete a purchase.
